IT'S UPRISING TIME AGAIN

Recalling the Slovak National Uprising, UPRISING Reggae Festival is taking place every last weekend in August since 2008 inna Bratislava. Since then it has evolved to one of the most exciting Reggae festivals throughout central Europe. But not only the One Drop will be celebrated - in two days, four stages will host genres ranging from reggae through to dancehall, ska, latino or hip-hop, dub, dubstep, ragga-jungle and dnb. Artists like Lee Scratch Perry, Max Romeo, Tarrus Riley, Zion Train, Mungo's Hifi and a grand variety of artists will guarantee a diverse quality line up!

MINI-DOCUMENTARY ABOUT MUSIC & DIASPORA IN VIENNA

Check it out!! This documentary is the product of a seminar work at the University of Vienna. It deals with people from the (African i.e.) Diaspora who have found their space in Vienna city to express themselves musically and connect socially with people from all over who share the same passion... Fulljoy!!
