Booombooclaaath!! Jamaica is not only celebrating 50 years of independence today but also a great success at the London olympics! Last night Usain "Lightening" Bolt set a new olympic record 9.63 sec with a 100m super run! Mr. Yohan Blake took the silver medal and also the ladies like Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce showed that Jamaica got the fastest runners! Jamaica on the go... faster than bullet!!!

BERLIN DUBBING FOR GOOD HOPE

It's about time to put the spotlight on a fresh new crew called DubDerGutenHoffnung who started to promote wicked bassments inna Berlin city about a year ago. Since then their members Ras Lion (Lion's Den), Darkwing Dub, Jimi Handtrix, Mio MindSteppa, Mr. Narci, FauN, Freytakt and Francesca have been keen to bringing the finest in dubstep, steppas, dub, jungle and drum'n'bass to the Berlin bass massive.
They have already worked together with big names and talents in the game like Roommate, Killawatt, Sleeper, Max Powa, Dubsy, Aries and many more...

Tonite they gonna bass down babylon once again together with the upcoming Austrian producer duo called Dubapes and Rebellion Soundsystem outta Dubstadt! If you are around town you better find your way to the Subland and if not make sure you check out their soundcloud ish:

WHEN TWO SOUNDS GO TO WAR

 Gambiaustrian full-time promoter DJ TAFF brought SOUNDCLASH culture back to Vienna past Friday with a ting called WAR INNA VIENNA.

 Berlin based Gambian one-man-army veteran MIGHTY from TIMELESS SOUND travelled to Austria's capital with a heavy loaded dubbox in order to clash TU GEDDA SOUND, an upcoming big sound from STP.

 After a top ranking warm-up done by KODAK and an instruction by the host KINETICAL the show would start following international rules. If you couldn't make it all the way to Vienna, the whole clash has been documented by KODAK from Rebel Radio and DJ TAFF.

TU GEDDA took the trophy after the dub fi dub round and also got the most feedback in the previous rounds. A good performance with great speeches and custom dubplates justify the decision of the people!

 After the clash a big discussion started about bias and ting but to everyone can make up his own opinion by watching the videos or download and listen to the raw and uncut AUDIO here!

 ...and hopefully there gonna be a "Clash Rematch" in Berlin city. Watch out for the 28th July!!

SUPPORT TACHELES NOW

The legendary house project called Tacheles in Berlin Mitte was occupied in 1990 and is housing an artist collective but it has been threatened with eviction for quite a long time. It represents a crucial building for the growth and life of subculture in many different ways but yesterday something tragic happened: The police and securities from a private company came and locked the building...



...but the fight is not over yet. From today midday onwards rallies and demonstrations will be held in front of the building. So if you are in Berlin show some support and if you are not please spread the word and SUPPORT TACHELES!!
